WP3 translates the findings of WP2 into four online training courses on Cooperative Academic Resilience (CAR), an open-access curriculum for each course, and an Implementation Guide to support replication by other institutions.
Four trainings, four audiences
| Training | Participants | Focus |
|---|---|---|
| CAR Training 1 | Students | Personal and peer-based resilience skills; cross-border learning between Ukrainian, EU and international students |
| CAR Training 2 | Early-career researchers and faculty | Academic resilience, career challenges and cross-institutional support networks |
| CAR Training 3 | University leaders and administrators | Governance, leadership and institutional policies that promote resilience |
| CAR Training 4 | Policymakers and civil society | Policies for cooperative academic resilience in the European Education Area and globally |
Training format
Every training follows the same three-part structure, delivered through the EU-CARE Digital Resilience Hub.
- A self-paced module with readings, videos and reflection tasks introduces the key concepts.
- A live online training day of four 90-minute sessions combines expert presentations, case studies, breakout discussions and peer learning.
- A follow-up module with assignments, reflection exercises and a feedback questionnaire helps participants apply what they learned in their own institution.
All materials are designed for low-bandwidth environments, with offline learning packs for participants facing connectivity problems.
