Cooperative academic resilience

Project ambitions

EU-CARE aims to advance Cooperative Academic Resilience (CAR) between EU and Ukrainian higher education institutions by equipping students, faculty, leaders and policymakers with practical tools, training and cooperation mechanisms. It seeks to embed resilience into institutional processes, build multi-level partnerships and support Ukraine's integration into the European Education Area through sustainable cooperation.

The project will deliver a mapping report, four online trainings with open-access curricula, six Living Labs, three design workshops and a peer-mentoring scheme for university leaders. Results will be disseminated through policy briefs, an online handbook, a podcast series and a webinar, and sustained through NEIRU, a permanent network for resilient universities.
